Welcome to Taskorilla. By using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.
About Taskorilla
Taskorilla lets people post tasks and connect with Taskers who may want to complete them. We do not employ Taskers, supervise any work, or guarantee outcomes.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Taskorilla.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Any activity that happens through your account is your responsibility.
Your Use of the Platform
You agree not to break any laws, mislead users, take communication off-platform, post harmful or offensive content, or interfere with Taskorilla’s operation.
Task Agreements
All agreements are strictly between Posters and Taskers. Taskorilla is not part of any agreement and is not responsible for performance, payment, disputes, loss, damage, or safety issues.
Payments
Payments may be processed by third parties. Taskorilla does not store card details and is not responsible for payment errors or disputes unless caused by a confirmed platform malfunction.
Safety
Users are solely responsible for their personal safety when meeting or performing task activities.
Content
You are responsible for anything you post. By posting, you give Taskorilla permission to display that content on the platform.
Platform Changes
We may change or remove features at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Taskorilla is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, or suitability, and we are not liable for loss or damage connected to using the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal unless local law requires otherwise.
