Understanding Payments on Taskorilla

Step 1: Add Your Payment Method

Go to 'Settings' > 'Payment Information.' Add your bank account or preferred payment method. This is required to receive payments as a Helper.

Step 2: Understand Fees

Taskorilla takes a small service fee from each transaction. The fee is always shown upfront before you post or accept a task. Helpers see their net earnings before accepting.

Step 3: Make or Receive Payment

For Taskers:

When you accept a bid, you'll be prompted to pay securely through our platform. Funds are held until the task is confirmed as complete.

For Helpers:

Once a task is marked complete and confirmed by the tasker, payment is released to your account automatically.

Step 4: Track Your Payments

Check your dashboard for payment history, pending payments, and completed transactions. You'll receive email confirmations for every payment.

Step 5: Withdrawals (For Helpers)

Payments are transferred to your linked account automatically after task confirmation. If there's a delay, check your payment method settings or contact support.

Step 6: Report Payment Issues

If a payment isn't received or there's a dispute, contact support at tee@taskorilla.com. We'll review the case and mediate if necessary.
