Step 1: Sign Up
Click 'Sign Up,' enter your email, create a password, and confirm. You'll receive a confirmation email, click the link to verify your account.
Step 2: Verify Your Account (Optional but Recommended)
Verifying your ID helps build trust with other users and unlocks higher-value tasks. Go to 'My Profile' and upload a photo ID.
Step 3: Set Up Your Profile
Add a profile picture, list your skills (if you plan to be a Helper), and write a short bio. A complete profile makes you more trustworthy and helps you get matched with the right tasks.
Step 4: Browse Tasks or Post a Task
Decide whether you want to post a task (if you need help) or browse tasks (if you want to earn money as a Helper). Click 'Post a Task' or 'Browse Tasks' from the main menu.
Step 5: Check Notifications
Keep track of messages, bids, and task updates through your dashboard and email notifications. Stay responsive to build a good reputation!
